SPECIFICATIONS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. Where any standard specifications are referenced or included by reference in the Agreement, the latest edition, issue and/or amendment thereto adopted by the District shall be incorporated in the Agreement. Should a conflict exist between the approved Design, Construction Drawings or Plans and any standard specifications or details referenced herein, the District shall determine which shall prevail. The District's decision shall be conclusive.

SPECIFICATIONS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. Where federal, American Water Works Association (AWWA), American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT), American Public Works Association (APWA), King County or any other standard specifications are referenced to or included by reference herein, the latest issue and/or amendment thereto published at the date of approval of the Agreement by the District shall be incorporated in the contract by said reference as if set forth herein in full.
