Design Drawings means the drawings plans and data for the Project to be prepared and issued by the Architect prior to 30 November 1985 as varied in accordance with this Agreement which drawings will enable the Parties to proceed with the implementation of the Project;
Design Drawings means the drawings prepared by the ESCo, showing the design developed for the approved Measures from the Energy Audit Report.
Design Drawings means the drawings identifying the Works and Services requirements of this bylaw, provided by the Owner and submitted to the District pursuant to an Application for Subdivision.

More Definitions of Design Drawings
Design Drawings means the floor plans, renderings, elevations and material specifications for the Project to be prepared by the Architect; Developer means Victoria Mainstreet Holdings, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company, and its authorized successors and assigns; Development Agreement means the Development Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, between the Developer and the City relating to construction of the Project;
