Design Drawings definition

Design Drawings means the drawings plans and data for the Project to be prepared and issued by the Architect prior to 30 November 1985 as varied in accordance with this Agreement which drawings will enable the Parties to proceed with the implementation of the Project;

Design Drawings means the drawings prepared by the ESCo, showing the design developed for the approved Measures from the Energy Audit Report.

Design Drawings means the drawings identifying the Works and Services requirements of this bylaw, provided by the Owner and submitted to the District pursuant to an Application for Subdivision.

More Definitions of Design Drawings

Design Drawings means the floor plans, renderings, elevations and material specifications for the Project to be prepared by the Architect; Developer means Chaska Growth Holdings, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company, and its authorized successors and assigns;

Design Drawings means technical drawings used to fully and clearly define the requirements of an engineered item, excluding shop or fabrication details.

Design Drawings means all drawings except shop drawings and as-built drawings.

Design Drawings means conceptual drawings created by SixFive including 2D architectural drawings, 3D renderings, and/or engineering drawings used to detail aesthetic concepts and represent the client’s ideas and the designer’s intent.
