Design Drawings definition

Design Drawings means the drawings plans and data for the Project to be prepared and issued by the Architect prior to 30 November 1985 as varied in accordance with this Agreement which drawings will enable the Parties to proceed with the implementation of the Project;

Design Drawings means the drawings prepared by the ESCo, showing the design developed for the approved Measures from the Energy Audit Report.

Design Drawings means the drawings identifying the Works and Services requirements of this bylaw, provided by the Owner and submitted to the District pursuant to an Application for Subdivision.

Examples of Design Drawings in a sentence

• The Store Design Drawings shall comply with the design criteria of the development and shall set forth the requirements of Tenant within the Leased Premises.

• The submittal dates for Store Design Drawings and for Working Drawings and Specifications shall be included and shall be consistent with the requirements of paragraphs B and C above.

• Immediately following the date on which Store Design Drawings bearing Landlord’s approval are returned to Tenant, Tenant shall engage an Architect registered in the state in which the Shopping Center is located for the purpose of preparing Working Drawings and Specifications for Tenant’s Leased Premises.

• Within thirty (30) days from either of the following dates, whichever shall be later to occur: (a) receipt by Tenant of Space Layout Drawings, or (b) execution of this Lease by the parties hereto, Tenant shall submit to Landlord one (1) set of reproducible prints of Store Design Drawings prepared by a qualified architect specializing in retail design, showing intended design character and finishing of the Leased Premises.

• Working Drawings and Specifications shall be prepared in strict compliance with the Design Criteria and requirements as set forth in Section IV of this Exhibit and shall adhere to the Store Design Drawings as approved by Landlord.

More Definitions of Design Drawings

Design Drawings means the floor plans, renderings, elevations and material specifications for the Project to be prepared by the Architect; Developer means MSP/Chaska, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company, and its authorized successors and assigns;

Design Drawings means all drawings except shop drawings and as-built drawings.

Design Drawings means the MCIA Series 2011 Solar Project #2 design drawings, prepared by CHA Consulting, and attached hereto as Attachment VI.

Design Drawings means the drawings identifying the Works and Services requirements of this bylaw, prepared by the Owner and submitted to the City pursuant to Section9.2 herein.

Design Drawings means the floor plans, renderings, elevations and material specifications for the Project to be prepared by the Architect, which have been approved by the City; Developer means 3919 Bavaria Road, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company, and its authorized successors and assigns; Development Property means the real property located in the City, commonly known as 0000 Xxxxxxx Xxxx and legally described in Exhibit A; Event of Default means any of the events described in Section 4.1;

Design Drawings means the design drawings listed in Part 5 of Schedule 2 (plans) and certified as the design drawings by the Secretary of State for the purposes of this Order;

Design Drawings means conceptual drawings created by SixFive including 2D architectural drawings, 3D renderings, and/or engineering drawings used to detail aesthetic concepts and represent the client’s ideas and the designer’s intent.
