Split Resource Scheduling Coordinator. Each Split Resource shall be represented by a Scheduling Coordinator as required by the CAISO Tariff for its participation in the CAISO Markets. The Split Resource Owner shall ensure that its Scheduling Coordinator performs all actions with respect to the Split Resources it controls consistent with the provisions of this Agreement, and for any Split Resource not controlled by the Split Resource Owner, it shall nonetheless ensure that Split Resource Owner’s actions are consistent with the provisions of this Agreement.
