Sponsoring Unicity Employees. A Distributor shall not solicit or Sponsor employees of Unicity or members of the employ- ee’s Household to be Unicity Distributors. During the term of employment, no Unicity cor- porate officer, director, employee, product supplier, agent, representative or consultant or Household member of such person is allowed to be a Distributor or build a Downline with- in Unicity or any other network-marketing or direct-selling company without the written consent of a Unicity corporate officer. For the purposes of this paragraph, “Household” includes any person currently domiciled in the same home as an officer, director, employ- ee, product supplier, agent, representative or consultant of Unicity.

  • Supervisory Employees For the purposes of this Article, the parties agree that Supervisory positions are those that are not excluded under Article 2.0 above and that satisfy the following criteria:

  • Promoted Employees 1.   • DNR Employees An employee of the Department of Natural Resources may meet the basic eligibility requirement for participation in the Group Insurance Program based on a combination of seasonal and temporary project employment. Eligibility commences after completion of three (3) years of continuous service in which the basic eligibility requirements are met; continues until the employee completes a year in which the basic eligibility requirements are not met; and commences again after the employee meets or is anticipated to meet the basic eligibility requirements in one (1) year.

  • TIME EMPLOYEES 61.01 Definition Part-time employee means an employee whose weekly scheduled hours of work on average are less than those established in Article 24 (Hours of Work) but not less than those prescribed in the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations Act.

  • Joint Labor/Management Committees Purpose and Membership. Joint Labor/Management Committees are established to provide a forum for communications and problem-solving between the two parties and to deal with matters of a general personnel Union/Employer concern, as well as professional practices within the hospital related to patient care and professional issues. The Committees will work toward the improvement of patient care and recommend ways and means to improve patient care; and will address problems and concerns related to staffing and workloads. The Committees’ function will be limited to an advisory capacity and shall not include any decision making or collective bargaining authority. Committee memberships:

  • Project Employees Project employees who have not held permanent civil service status within the job classification, will not volunteer for or be assigned overtime work outside of the project. Required overtime within a project may first be assigned to qualified employees within the project by seniority. The process for assigning the overtime will follow the procedures outlined in this Article.
