Spot Contracts and Forward Contracts. If you have entered into a Spot or Forward Contract in a currency other than US Dollars, the applicable Exchange Rate for the resulting FX Transaction will be the Exchange Rate for the Spot or Forward Contract applicable to the US Dollar Amount of the FX Transaction, unless we agree with you otherwise.
