Common use of Sprinkler Systems Clause in Contracts

Sprinkler Systems. When the property contains an automatic sprinkler system, its operation is considered a convenience for the Tenant. If the system is inoperable, the Tenant is still responsible for the care and maintenance of the lawn and shrubs and the Tenant shall maintain the same with proper manual watering. (In some cases, repair of the sprinkler system may or may not be deemed economical by Broker or Property Owner.)
