Common use of SST Team Clause in Contracts

SST Team. the purpose of this position is to eliminate tasks from the sales team in order to provide them with the time to develop their product expertise to improve customer service. There may be one or more of these positions in a store. Typically they will report to the MMT Manager but will be lead by the Team Lead. Under management direction they are responsible for executing CIP’s, RTV’s, Transfers, Write Offs and Department Signing for a designated group of departments.
