Stadium Signage, Advertising and Sponsorship. Subject to Sections 9.2 and 9.4, QBFC shall have the exclusive right to license the placing, or permit the placing of, permanent signage and/or advertising and, in connection with QBFC Events and Third Party Events, temporary signage and/or advertising (including sponsor kiosks, field board signage, day-of-game decorations and/or advertising) in and around the Licensed Premises (including, without limitation, the Field and Stadium) without CUNY’s prior consent, provided that such signage or advertising, as applicable, (i) is Compliant Advertising, (ii) is not located on the exterior of the Stadium and

  • Advertising and Promotion Al. ARTIST is to receive 100% star billing on all publicity releases and paid advertisement including - without limitations - programs, electronic media, flyers, signage, newspaper advertisements, marquees, tickets, radio spots, TV spots, etc. unless otherwise authorized in writing by PRODUCER.
