STAFF CONDUCT. CONTRACTOR shall establish a written Policies and Procedures for 5 employees, volunteers, interns, and members of the Board of Directors which shall include, but not be 6 limited to, standards related to the use of drugs and/or alcohol; staff-Participant relationships; 7 prohibition of sexual conduct with Participants; prohibition of forging or falsifying documents or drug 8 tests; and real or perceived conflict of interest. Situations that may be perceived as a conflict of interest 9 shall be brought to the ADMINISTRATOR’s attention prior to the occurrence. Prior to providing any 10 services pursuant to this Agreement all employees, volunteers, and interns shall agree in writing to 11 maintain the standards set forth in the said Policies and Procedures. A copy of the said Policies and 12 Procedures shall be posted in writing in a prominent place in the treatment facility and updated annually 13 by the Board of Directors.
