Clinician Consultation Services. Clinician Consultation consists of DMC- ODS LPHAs consulting with LPHAs, such as addiction medicine physicians, addiction psychiatrists, licensed clinicians, or clinical pharmacists, to support the provision of care. CONTRACTOR will have access to Clinician Consultation Services defined as DMC clinicians consulting with addiction medicine physicians, addiction psychiatrists, clinicians or clinical pharmacists. Clinician consultation services are designed to support DMC-ODS licensed clinicians with complex cases and may address medication selection, dosing, side effect management, adherence, drug-drug interactions, or level of care considerations. It includes consultations between clinicians designed to assist DMC clinicians with seeking expert advice on treatment needs for specific DMC-ODS beneficiaries. This service is distinct from internal care coordination or supervision.” 7. Exhibit A., Paragraph VI. Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools Ltd (MACS) governs the operation of MACS schools and owns, governs and operates the School. 1.2 Parents and guardians, as the first educators of their children, enter into a partnership with the Catholic school to promote and support their child’s education. Parents and guardians must assume a responsibility for maintaining this partnership by supporting the school in the provision of education to their children within the scope of School's registration and furthering the spiritual and academic life of their children.

  • Transition Services The Purchasers will provide to the Sellers termination assistance as reasonably requested in order to provide an orderly transition following the termination of the Agreement (or any portion thereof), and the Sellers will provide to the Purchasers reasonable cooperation and assistance in connection therewith. In connection with this transition assistance, the Purchasers and Sellers will reasonably cooperate in the transition of the Services from the Purchasers to any Replacement Provider. With respect to the Serviced Appointments subject to termination, the Sellers shall provide the Purchasers with notice of the effective date (each, a “Transition Effective Date”) of the transition of the Services to a Replacement Provider. Notwithstanding any termination of the Agreement (or any portion thereof) in accordance with this Article II, with respect to the Serviced Appointments subject to termination, the rights and obligations of the parties under the Servicing Agreement shall remain in effect until the applicable Transition Effective Date.

  • JOINT CONSULTATION 25.01 The parties acknowledge the mutual benefits to be derived from joint consultation and will consult on matters of common interest. 25.02 The subjects that may be determined as appropriate for joint consultation will be by mutual agreement of the parties. 25.03 Wherever possible, the Council shall consult with representatives of the Professional Institute at the appropriate level about contemplated changes in conditions of employment or working conditions not governed by this Agreement.

  • Surgery Services This plan covers surgery services to treat a disease or injury when: • the operation is not experimental or investigational, or cosmetic in nature; • the operation is being performed at the appropriate place of service; and • the physician is licensed to perform the surgery. This plan covers reconstructive surgery and procedures when the services are performed to relieve pain, or to correct or improve bodily function that is impaired as a result of: • a birth defect; • an accidental injury; • a disease; or • a previous covered surgical procedure. Functional indications for surgical correction do not include psychological, psychiatric or emotional reasons. This plan covers the procedures listed below to treat functional impairments. • abdominal wall surgery including panniculectomy (other than an abdominoplasty); • blepharoplasty and ptosis repair; • gastric bypass or gastric banding; • nasal reconstruction and septorhinoplasty; • orthognathic surgery including mandibular and maxillary osteotomy; • reduction mammoplasty; • removal of breast implants; • removal or treatment of proliferative vascular lesions and hemangiomas; • treatment of varicose veins; or • gynecomastia.

  • Anesthesia Services This plan covers general and local anesthesia services received from an anesthesiologist when the surgical procedure is a covered healthcare service. This plan covers office visits or office consultations with an anesthesiologist when provided prior to a scheduled covered surgical procedure.
