Staff Development Activities. (The unit member shall attend Staff Development Days that occur during the time the unit member is assigned to work. The unit member will receive a compensation day or the non-instructional hourly rate, unless another rate is bargained, for participation in each additional required Staff Development Day he/she works beyond his/her contract.)
