Staff Leaves Clause Samples
The Staff Leaves clause defines the rules and entitlements regarding employee absences from work, such as vacation, sick leave, and other types of permitted leave. It typically outlines the amount of leave employees are eligible for, the process for requesting and approving leave, and any conditions or limitations that may apply, such as notice periods or documentation requirements. By clearly establishing these guidelines, the clause helps ensure both employer and employee understand their rights and obligations, reducing misunderstandings and supporting workforce planning.
