Staff Meetings & Training Schedules. All staff meetings and training schedules are to be held during the regularly scheduled hours of work. In the event it is not possible to hold these during regularly scheduled hours of work, the employees will be given at least forty-eight (48) hours’ notice of such meetings or training schedules. It is recognized that in some cases, there may be extenuating circumstances and employees may not be able to attend at that time.
