Staff Representatives. A. The Union will provide the College with a written list of staff representatives assigned to the College. The Union will provide written notice to the College of any changes within thirty (30) calendar days of the changes. B. Staff representatives may have access to the College’s offices or facilities within their jurisdiction to carry out representational activities. The representatives will notify local management prior to their arrival and will not interrupt the normal operations of the College or unreasonably affect an employee’s ability to accomplish assigned duties. C. The College’s written Board of Trustee or administrative policies pertaining to employees represented by the Union will be made available to staff representatives.
