Staff Retention. Section 1 Reduction in Force The terms and conditions of Staff Retention procedures as previously agreed to by the District and the Association, and as shown in Appendix A of this Agreement, shall be made a part of this Agreement to the extent applicable to the members of the Association bargaining unit. This article shall in no way affect staff retention procedures as they relate to other District employees.
