Stage 2. (a) The employee may file a grievance in writing with his/her supervisor specifying the clause or clauses in this Agreement alleged to have been violated. (b) The supervisor shall complete an investigation of the grievance and provide the grievor with his/her written decision within fifteen (15) days of receiving the grievance. The investigation may include a meeting with the employee affording him/her an opportunity to be heard.
