Common use of Stage 3 Clause in Contracts

Stage 3. If the Griever is not satisfied with the Manager’s decision at Stage 2, the Grievance may be presented to the Director of Operations within ten (10) working days. The Director of Operations or designate shall meet with the employee and xxxxxxx and the Manager involved and give a decision in writing within five (5) working days.
