NON-COMPLIANCE WITH NOTIFICATION. If the Employee does not satisfy the criteria set out in subclause (7) of this clause, the Employee’s personal leave application will not be approved and the leave will be unauthorised and unpaid.

NON-COMPLIANCE WITH NOTIFICATION. (a) If the Employee does not satisfy the criteria set out in subclause (6) of this clause, the Employee's personal leave application will not be approved and the leave will be unauthorised and unpaid. (b) An Employee whose application for personal leave is not approved will be subject to the Company's disciplinary procedures for any such absence. (c) The provisions of this clause with respect to payment do not apply to Employees who are entitled to payment under the Workers' Compensation and Injury Management Act 1981 (WA).

The provisions of this clause with respect to payment do not apply to employees who are entitled to payment under the Workers' Compensation and Rehabilitation Act 1981 nor to employees whose injury or illness is the result of the employee's own misconduct.
