Stamp Duty and Costs. Each party bears its own costs arising out of the preparation of this Agreement but the Customer will bear any stamp duty (including fines and penalties) chargeable on this Agreement, on any instruments executed under this Agreement, and for a transaction evidenced by this Agreement.
Stamp Duty and Costs. (a) The Transferor and the Transferee are jointly and severally liable for the Council's Legal Costs of and incidental to the negotiation, preparation and execution of this deed, and must reimburse the Council for such Legal Costs promptly on demand.
(b) The Transferee will pay all stamp duty arising directly or indirectly from this deed.
Stamp Duty and Costs. (i) Any stamp duty payable on this JV Agreement shall be borne equally by the Parties.
(ii) Each Party shall bear its own costs relating to the negotiation and execution of this JV Agreement, including the cost of consulting any legal or financial consultants.

Stamp Duty and Costs. 19.1. All stamp duty payable on this Deed and on any document referred to in or contemplated by this Deed must be paid by the Grantee. The Grantee must indemnify and keep indemnified all other parties to this Deed with respect to those costs and any consequential costs.
19.2. Except as otherwise provided in this Deed, each party must bear its own costs incurred in the preparation and execution of this Deed.
19.3. EXECUTED as a Deed.
Stamp Duty and Costs. (a) OML must pay any Stamp Duty payable in relation to the acknowledgement of the debt, representing the Loan, contained in this agreement.
(b) OML must indemnify DRD (IoM) against any claim made against DRD (IoM) or any of DRD (IoM)’s related corporations in relation to the failure by OML to pay any Stamp Duty that is payable on or in relation to this agreement in accordance with clause 6(a) and any fines or penalties in relation to the payment of Stamp Duty.
(c) Each party must pay its own legal costs in respect of this agreement. Amount of Loan: Loan Balance (as defined in the Deed of Amalgamation).

Stamp Duty and Costs. The New Party shall bear the costs arising out of the preparation of this Deed. The New Party shall bear any stamp duty (including fines and penalties) chargeable on this Deed and on any instruments entered into under this Deed. The New Party shall indemnify each other party on demand against any liability for that stamp duty (including fines and penalties).
Stamp Duty and Costs. 18.1.1 Casa will bear all stamp duty payable in respect of this Deed, the Scheme and any agreement or document that is brought into existence for the purpose of the Scheme.
18.1.2 Except as otherwise provided in this Deed, each party must pay its own costs of negotiating, preparing, executing and performing this Deed and the Scheme Booklet and the proposed, attempted or actual implementation of this Deed and the Scheme.
