Registry Fees definition

Registry Fees means the moneys deposited in the Commonwealth Transportation Fund pursuant to Section 34(iii) of Chapter 90.
Registry Fees shall be those fees collected by Registry from Registrants for the performance of Registry Services pursuant to the license of the CSC Registry Rights granted by this Agreement.
Registry Fees means the fees forming part of the Licence Fees, described in paragraph (b) of Schedule A, comprising the initial Registry Fee and an annual Registry Fee. Examples of Registry Fees in a sentence

  • Registry reserves the right to amend the Registry Fees throughout the term of this agreement, provided that CTIA consents to such modifications, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.

  • Registry shall provide CTIA with a complete accounting of all Registry Fees within thirty (30) days from the last day of each calendar quarter.

  • The accounting shall include detailed information including the number of CSCs registered by Registrants, the subscription periods, the amount of Registry Fees due for the period, the amount of Registry Fees collected, any payments of Registry Fees outstanding, and if applicable, the amount of Registry Fees deferred for future periods.

  • For all Registry Fees received by Registry between the 16th and the final day of the month, Registry shall pay the applicable CSCA Royalties to Licensor by no later than the final day of the following month.

  • In consideration of Licensor's entering into this Agreement and Registry's License to use the Licensed Materials, Registry shall pay to Licensor the CSCA Royalties in an amount equal to the CSCA Royalty Percentage specified in Exhibit C-2 to this Agreement of the Registry Fees collected by Registry.

  • CORE will provide WHO a quarterly report setting forth the number of registrations in the previous calendar quarter and the amount of Registry Fees deducted directly by CORE from the fees.

  • The Contractor and the Province agree that, during the Term, SaskSub will collect all Registry Fees payable by Customers and Program Participant Fees payable by Program Participants with respect to Services provided on behalf of the Province by the Contractor.

  • Entry Fee means the amount of £1295 pounds sterling or another amount as agreed by the Company and paid via an approved payment method, which is inclusive of VAT where applicable;

  • Ancillary Fees With respect to any Serviced Loan, any and all demand fees, beneficiary statement charges, fees for insufficient or returned checks and other usual and customary charges and fees (other than Modification Fees, Consent Fees, Penalty Charges, Assumption Fees, assumption application fees and defeasance fees) actually received from the related Mortgagor.

  • Track Charges means the charges payable by or on behalf of the Train Operator to Network Rail, as set out in paragraph 1 of Part 2 of Schedule 7 or under the Traction Electricity Rules;

  • Passthru payments means any withholdable payment and any "foreign passthru payment," which is currently not defined. The current proposed FATCA regulations (“Proposed Regulations”) state that the Internal Revenue Service and the U.S. Treasury have determined, that withholding on “foreign passthru payments” is not required, pending further guidance and analysis. The Proposed Regulations provide that such withholding will not be effective before the date that is two years after the publication of final regulations defining the term “foreign pass-thru payment”.

  • Membership Fees means the fees established pursuant to the By-Laws of the Union as the fees payable by the members of the Bargaining Unit, and shall not include any initiation fee, insurance premium, or any other levy.
