Common use of Stand-by Clause in Contracts

Stand-by. A. An employee who is ordered by the department head to be available on a stand-by basis to report to duty when necessary shall be reimbursed at a rate not to exceed twenty dollars ($25.00) for such stand-by period.

Stand-by. A. An employee who is ordered by the department head to be available on a stand-by basis to report to duty when necessary shall be reimbursed at a rate of not to exceed twenty dollars less than thirty ($25.0030.00) dollars for such stand-by period.

Stand-by. A. An employee who is ordered by the department head to be available on a stand-by basis to report to duty when necessary shall be reimbursed at a rate not to exceed twenty fifteen (15) dollars ($25.00) for such stand-by period.
