The following hours will apply: Flex Hours Core Hours 6:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. 9:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. 11:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. 1:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. 2:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Upon request from employees, and at the discretion of the Manager, additional flexibility will be allowed within the standard flex hours of 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Note Re: Call Centre Staff The Union agrees that in the event that Call Centre staff are required to support BC based clients with members in other provinces, they may be required to commence work at 6:00 a.m. It is understood that should such employees be required to start work at 6:00 a.m., they will not be required to work beyond seven (7) hours per day.
