Standard of Work. 13.1. The Contractor shall at all times comply with the Quality Standards, and where applicable shall maintain accreditation with the relevant Quality Standards authorisation body. To the extent the standard of Services has not been specified in the Agreement, the Contractor shall agree the relevant standard of Services with the Contract Manager prior to execution, and shall execute the Agreement with reasonable care and skill and in accordance with good industry practice. 13.2. The Contractor warrants and represents that all Staff assigned to the performance of the Services shall possess and exercise such qualifications, skill and experience as are necessary for the proper performance of the Services. 13.3. The introduction of new methods or systems which impinge on the provision of the Services shall be subject to prior Approval. 13.4. The signing by the Contract Manager (or his representative) of time sheets or other similar documents shall not be construed as implying the Contractor’s compliance with the Agreement.
