Standardní péče. Poskytovatel a/nebo zkoušející nenaúčtují žádnému subjektu studie ani plátci, který je tietí stranou, žádné léky ani vyšetiení a/nebo postupy ve studii, které byly nebo budou zaplaceny podle této smlouvy. Poskytovatel a zkoušející berou na vedomí, že programy pojištení a určití soukromí plátci hradí pouze určité druhy léků, vyšetiení a/nebo postupů, které jsou z lékaiského hlediska nezbytné pro diagnózu a léčbu konkrétního subjektu. Je povinností zdravotnického zaiízení a/nebo zkoušejícího určit, které léky, vyšetiení a/nebo postupy jsou standardní péčí pro diagnózu a léčbu subjektu studie, a uplatnit vhodné účetní postupy tietích stran pro takovéto procedures for such medications, tests and/or procedures, in accordance with all applicable billing requirements of the payor. The Provider and/or Investigator agrees that any medications, tests and/or procedures required to be performed under the Protocol that are not considered SOC for the diagnosis and treatment of the Study Subject are intended to be included within the Budget set forth herein and will not be billed to insurance programs and/or applicable private payors in accordance with such payor’s billing requirement. Sponsor will reimburse Provider for the cost of reasonable and necessary medical and hospital expenses that are not standard of care or routine care items and procedures so long as: (i) such costs do not relate to events that would have been expected from the standard treatment using currently approved therapies for the Study Subjects’ condition; (ii) such costs are not attributable to the negligence or misconduct of the hospital, clinic, or doctor conducting the Study; (iii) the Study Subject followed all study instructions, including attendance at all follow-up visits; and (iv) Provider submits an invoice for the items and procedures to Sponsor at the address below. The Study Subject will be responsible for any deductibles, co-payments, and/or co- insurance normally required by his/her health plan/insurance.

  • Standard Operating Procedures Over approximately the past eight years, the Parties have been supplying select Products to one another for use in the operation of their respective businesses within the United States of America, Canada and Mexico. The Parties developed and been following certain standard operating procedures in connecting with, among other topics, forecasting, production planning, ordering, delivering and resolving claims on the Products supplied to one another (the “Current SOPs”). The Parties will be updating their respective business systems over the next six months, and the updates to these business systems will require the Parties to modify the Current SOPs. Once the Parties have completed the updates to the business systems and agreed on the necessary modifications to the Current SOPs, the Parties will sign a written amendment to this Agreement appending the updated standard operating procedures (the “Updated SOPs”). Until the Parties have signed a written amendment appending the Updated SOPs, the parties will continue to follow the Current SOPs. The Parties will comply with the applicable SOPs in connection with the purchase and sale of products identified in a Purchase Schedule. The Parties may add terms and conditions to, and amend the terms and conditions of, the SOP in a Purchase Schedule, but any additional and amended terms and conditions in a Purchase Schedule supplementing and modifying the SOP will only apply the specific products identified in that Purchase Schedule for its duration.

  • Requirement to Utilize HUB Compliance Reporting System Pursuant to Texas Administrative Code, Title 34, Part 1, Sections 20.285(f) and 20.287(b), TFC administers monthly administration HSP-PAR compliance monitoring through its HUB Compliance Reporting System commonly known as B2G. PSP and PSP’s subcontractors/subconsultants shall submit required PAR information into the B2G system. Any delay in the timely submission of PAR information into the B2G system will be treated as an invoicing error subject to dispute under Texas Government Code Section 2251.042.

  • Standard Samples Bid Specifications may indicate that the Product to be purchased must be equal to a standard sample on display in a place designated by the Commissioner and such sample will be made available to the Bidder for examination prior to the opening date. Failure by the Bidder to examine such sample shall not entitle the Bidder to any relief from the conditions imposed by the Bid Specifications.
