Standards and Quality Control. CONTRACTOR shall establish, maintain, utilize, monitor and enforce a comprehensive Standards and Quality Control Plan (Plan) to assure COUNTY of a consistently high level of product quality and service throughout the term of the Contract for all general I&R services; the Elder Abuse Hotline; DMH, DCFS, DPH and DHS related-calls; unincorporated area service calls; the CEO DEP Hotline; and the Countywide Emergency Hotline. The Plan, which is subject to approval or rejection by COUNTY, shall be submitted to the CCA on the Contract Start Date, with revisions submitted to the CCA for approval prior to any amendments to the Plan.
