Standards Warranty. The Contractor/Supplier warrants to the University that the duties, work and services to be performed by the Contractor/Supplier as part of the Purchase Order shall be performed to the level of the standards acceptable to the University.

Standards Warranty. Juice Plus+ hereby warrants it is the owner or exclusive licensee of the formulations and Standards for the Products that are the subject of this Agreement and that Juice Plus+ has the right to manufacture or have manufactured such Products in conformance with the Standards, and Seller acknowledges these rights of Juice Plus+.
Standards Warranty. The Supplier/Contractor warrants to EIPS that the Purchased Goods/Services to be supplied and performed by the Supplier/Contractor shall be performed to the level of the standards acceptable to EIPS.

The fact that the goods sold do not meet the characteristics defined by mutual agreement between the Buyer and the Seller or their inability to satisfy a specific use stated by the Seller and accepted by the Buyer shall also be considered a lack of conformity. The Seller/Contractor shall also ensure that the goods and services (including their manufacture, transportation, delivery, sale or other handling) comply with applicable laws, including health and safety rules, with the applicable Spanish or international standards, as well as with the Buyer’s standards, drawings, samples, specifications, requirements, operating conditions or as otherwise identified in the Order or its Special Conditions.

Standards Warranty. We warrant that at time of delivery each of our flooring products meets the applicable Quality Standards, as follows: • Cork Go Floating WPS / Cork Essence Floating WRT: EN 12104 and EN 14085; • Cork Pure Glue Down PU / Cork Pure Glue Down Sanded: EN 12104; • Cork Resist+ Floating HPS / Wood Resist+ Floating 0.55mm / Stone Resist+ Floating 0.55mm: EN 655 and EN 14085; • Wood Essence Floating NPC / Stone Essence Floating NPC: EN 12104, EN 14085 and EN 14041; • Wood Go Floating 0.2mm / Stone Go Floating 0.2mm / Wood Go Floating 0.3mm: ISO 10582, EN 14041, EN 14085 and EN 649.

  • Services Warranty The Contractor warrants and represents that each of its employees, Subcontractors, or agents assigned to perform any services under the terms of this Agreement shall have the skills, training, and background reasonably commensurate with his or her level of performance or responsibility, so as to be able to perform in a competent and professional manner. The Contractor further warrants that the services provided hereunder will conform to the requirements of this Agreement. All warranties, including any special warranties specified elsewhere herein, shall inure to the Judicial Council, its successors, assigns, customer agencies, and any other recipients of the services provided hereunder.

  • Manufacturer’s Warranties If a Lease Vehicle is covered by a Manufacturer’s warranty, the Lessee, during the Vehicle Term for such Lease Vehicle, shall have the right to make any claims under such warranty that the Lessor could make.

  • Service Warranty Provider has carefully examined and analyzed the provisions of this Agreement, including but not limited to all exhibits attached and incorporated into it, and can and will perform, or cause, the Services to be performed in strict accordance with the provisions and requirements of the Agreement. Services will be performed in a timely, professional and workmanlike manner in accordance with all applicable industry and professional standards.

  • Product Warranty Seller provides general warranties of fitness and general warranties that the goods are free from defects, for 1 year from acceptance of the goods, except as may otherwise be set forth in the Description/Proposal, or other attached warranty.

  • Performance Warranty Contractor shall warrant all work under this Contract, taking necessary steps and precautions to perform the work to County’s satisfaction. Contractor shall be responsible for the professional quality, technical assurance, timely completion and coordination of all documentation and other goods/services furnished by the Contractor under this Contract. Contractor shall perform all work diligently, carefully, and in a good and workmanlike manner; shall furnish all necessary labor, supervision, machinery, equipment, materials, and supplies, shall at its sole expense obtain and maintain all permits and licenses required by public authorities, including those of County required in its governmental capacity, in connection with performance of the work. If permitted to subcontract, Contractor shall be fully responsible for all work performed by subcontractors.

  • Software Warranty We warrant that the Tyler Software will perform without Defects during the term of this Agreement. If the Tyler Software does not perform as warranted, we will use all reasonable efforts, consistent with industry standards, to cure the Defect in accordance with the maintenance and support process set forth in Section C(9), below, the SLA and our then current Support Call Process.

  • Year 2000 Warranty The Sub-Adviser represents and warrants that it is actively pursuing a comprehensive and coordinated compliance strategy (including remediation and testing) to ensure the readiness of its business systems and applications for the Year 2000 and believes that all such systems critical to the performance of Sub-Adviser's responsibilities hereunder will be Year 2000 compliant prior to January 1, 2000. The Sub-Adviser will make appropriate inquiries as to the readiness of its vendors, service providers, clients and other third parties for the Year 2000; provided, however, that neither the Sub-Adviser nor any of its officers, directors or employees (or affiliated companies) make any representations or warranties regarding the Year 2000 readiness of such vendors, service providers, clients and other third parties.

  • Quality Standards Each Party agrees that the nature and quality of its products and services supplied in connection with the other Party's Marks will conform to quality standards set by the other Party. Each Party agrees to supply the other Party, upon request, with a reasonable number of samples of any Materials publicly disseminated by such Party which utilize the other Party's Marks. Each Party will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and customs and obtain any required government approvals pertaining to use of the other Party's marks.

  • Product Warranties Except as set forth in Schedule 3.15, (a) there are no warranties express or implied, written or oral, with respect to the Business and (b) there are no pending or threatened claims with respect to any such warranty, and Seller has no liability with respect to any such warranty, whether known or unknown, absolute, accrued, contingent or otherwise and whether due or to become due.

  • Contractor’s Warranties Tenant waives all claims against Landlord relating to any defects in the Tenant Improvements; provided, however, that if, within 30 days after substantial completion of the Tenant Improvement Work, Tenant provides notice to Landlord of any non-latent defect in the Tenant Improvements, or if, within 11 months after substantial completion of the Tenant Improvement Work, Tenant provides notice to Landlord of any latent defect in the Tenant Improvements, then Landlord shall promptly cause such defect to be corrected.
