Workmanship Warranty includes but is not limited to the following:

Workmanship Warranty has the meaning set out in clause 13.2. “Works” means all Goods, Workmanship and sub-contractors’ services supplied by the Company to the Customer.

Workmanship Warranty. The Workmanship Warranty is as follows: “The Seller agrees to provide a full coverage maintenance warranty for a period of 180 days (warranty period) after Closing. Workmanship Warranty is warranty that covers defects that arise from the workmanship in installing the Equipment. By engaging the business to provide the Services to the Customer, the Customer has read, understood and agrees to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between the Customer and the Business relating to the provision of Goods and Services. The Customer should seek independent legal advice if it requires it, prior to entering into this Agreement.
