Workmanship Warranty definition

Workmanship Warranty includes but is not limited to the following:
Workmanship Warranty has the meaning set out in clause 13.2. “Works” means all Goods, Workmanship and sub-contractors’ services supplied by the Company to the Customer.

Workmanship Warranty means the 12-month warranty in respect of the work carried out by Us for You under the Contract and these Terms, which is governed by the terms of the Workmanship Warranty from time to time and subject to any exclusions.

Related to Workmanship Warranty

  • Workmanship means a good and high quality and standard of delivery in connection with the Services performed; “Works” means the supply of Goods and the provision of Services to the Customer as per each Statement of Work;

  • IS Specification means the Specification of latest edition with amendments, if any, up to time of receipt of tender by Corporation issued by the Bureau of Indian Standards as referred to in the specifications and / or work orders.

  • Contract Specifications means the principal trading terms in CFD (for example Spread, Swaps, Lot Size, Initial Margin, Necessary Margin, Hedged Margin, the minimum level for placing Stop Loss, Take Profit and Limit Orders, financing charges, charges etc) for each type of CFD as determined by the Company from time to time. The Contract Specifications appear on the Website.

  • The Specification means the Specification annexed to or issued with G.T.C.C. and shall include the schedules & drawings attached thereto as well as all samples and pattern, if any.

  • IP Materials has the meaning given to it in clause E8.1 (Intellectual Property Rights).

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order:

  • Adulterated Specimen means a specimen that contains a substance that is not expected to be present in oral fluid, or contains a substance expected to be present but is at a concentration so high that it is not consistent with oral fluid.

  • Class specification means a written description of a class setting forth factors and conditions which are essential characteristics of positions in that class.
