Standby Policy. The District requires standby work for some employment classifications and provides standby pay in accordance with the following policy: A. Schedule: A written schedule shall be maintained by the Operations Manager whereby all operations staff qualified for and designated for standby duty shall be assigned, on a rotational basis, to be on standby and subject to call out on weekends, holidays, and other times not considered regular hours of work for District employees.
