Standing Agenda Items. The LMC shall serve as an advisory committee to assist in the development of the following agenda items. The committee is not limited in its capacity to discuss other issues, as agreed to by the parties. • Best Practices • Training and Professional Development • Legislative Priorities • Health and Safety • Organizational Updates
Standing Agenda Items. There shall be a standing agenda item for each regular meeting to allow for discussion with, or a report from, FOTL and TLDG relating to the subject matter jurisdiction of the JPA.

2.8.1 The minutes of the previous meeting (taken as a true record subject to the correction of any mistakes). These will be signed by the Chair.
2.8.2 All proposals of a financial nature.
2.8.3 An attendance register to be signed by all Representatives attending.
2.8.4 Advance notice to the Chair of Any Other Business.
