Standing Offer Contract. Standing Offer Contracts shall be subject to all provisions of the Collective Agreement with the exception of any rules or requirements imposed by the Contracting Party. The Company will review with the Association the Contracting Party's requirements of the Standing Offer Contract. The Company and the Association will issue a joint Letter of to the Pilots outlining these requirements. This Letter shall be attached to the Collective Agreement. SECTION STATUTORY HOLIDAYS Pilots shall be awarded nine (9) Statutory Holidays per year. Those Holidays shall be with respect to: New Years Day Good Friday Victoria Day Canada Day Labour Day Thanksgiving Day Remembrance Day Christmas Day Boxing Day
