Standing Water. If there is standing water in the rain garden for more than 48 hours, this may be a sign of a larger problem. ● Weeding. Remove invasive and nuisance plants. Take a picture of the rain garden when it is installed to help track which plants to keep and which to pull. ● Pest Control. Watch for insect or wildlife damage. Remove and replace diseased or dead plants as necessary. ● Bare areas. Add mulch to bare areas or replant sections where vegetation is sparse. ● Erosion. Replace soil if erosion occurs. Standing Water. 7.2.1. All standing water will be eliminated from planting beds and roads. Ditches are situated to direct water runoff away from production beds.
Standing Water. The CONTRACTOR shall immediately dry any standing water upon discovery and shall locate the source and shut it off or stop it, immediately notifying the ROSWELL PARK project manager of the occurrence.

Fall Creek Homes will correct conditions that cause water to remain longer than twelve hours unless it is from roof run-off of melting snow or ice. Condensation on interior surfaces of the windows and frames comes from high humidity within the home combined with low outside temperatures and inadequate ventilation. Family lifestyle significantly influences these conditions. If your home includes a humidifier, closely observe manufacturer’s directions for its use, especially during periods of cooler temperatures. Fall Creek Homes does not warrant against condensation.
