Common use of Starter Kit Clause in Contracts

Starter Kit. The Company shall provide me with an Independent Demonstrator Starter Kit for sales demonstrations, which will be composed of Company Products selected in whole, or in part, by the Company. The kit will be sold to me at a price determined by the Company. I understand that the Demonstrator Starter Kit is personal to me and cannot be resold.
