Common use of Starting Work Clause in Contracts

Starting Work. An Employee who starts work and is prevented from completing their normal work day will receive a minimum of eight (8) hours pay at their regular or overtime rate as it applies to their shift. a) As defined within the Pre-Job Agreement as may be applicable. b) Where the Employee resides in an Employer-provided camp, proper notification in respect of the Show-Up Time clause will be at breakfast time as applicable.
