  • School Official For the purposes of this DPA and pursuant to 34 CFR § 99.31(b), a School Official is a contractor that: (1) Performs an institutional service or function for which the agency or institution would otherwise use employees; (2) Is under the direct control of the agency or institution with respect to the use and maintenance of Student Data including Education Records; and (3) Is subject to 34 CFR § 99.33(a) governing the use and re- disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information from Education Records.

  • Non-State Agencies Participation Terms used in this document shall have the meanings set forth in this Contract and Appendix B.

These include, but are not limited to local governments, public authorities, public school and fire districts, public and nonprofit libraries, and certain other nonpublic/nonprofit organizations. Upon request, all eligible non-State agencies must furnish Contractors with the proper tax exemption certificates and documentation certifying eligibility to use State contracts.   • Official Notices Notices to either party shall be provided by personal delivery or by depositing them in the United States mail, first class postage prepaid, and addressed as identified on the signature page of this Agreement.
