State Contribution to Deferred Compensation Plan Contributions. The Employer agrees to provide employees covered by this Agreement with a state-paid contribution to the deferred compensation program under M.S. 352.96. The state-paid contribution shall be in an amount matching employee contributions on a dollar for dollar basis, as permitted by M.S. 356.24, not to exceed $300 per employee per fiscal year.
