In instances where the required equipment is not owned by the Contractor, Contractor shall explain how the equipment will be made available before the commencement of work. The City of San Diego reserves the right to reject any response when, in its opinion, the Contractor has not demonstrated he or she will be properly equipped to perform the work in an efficient, effective manner for the duration of the contract period.
