STATEMENT OF BENEFIT. 360 acknowledges that this Siting Agreement is beneficial to 360 in assisting it to proceed with the installation of the Project and provides for future revenues to the County that are fair to both Parties. The County acknowledges that the funding provided pursuant to this Siting Agreement is beneficial in that it will result in mutually acceptable, predictable, and reasonable payments to the County.
