Status of Project Team Participants. Each employee Project Team member (i.e., a Project Team member who is an employee of a Participating Party or its Affiliate) remains an employee of its respective company, and each company remains responsible for their employee’s salaries and benefits, as well as maintaining worker’s compensation insurance on their employees. Accordingly, each employer company will continue to administer the compensation, benefits, allowances, and careers of its employees on the Project Team. However, employee Project Team members will receive team assignments and general supervision from the Project Manager in connection with their day to day work. An individual selected to the Project Team will, insofar as possible, and consistent with the needs of the individual’s employer, serve on the Project Team for the duration of the Project Team, unless such individual is designated a temporary Project Team member by his or her employer or the Project Manager. Notwithstanding the above, if an Project Team member is designated a temporary Project Team member by his or her employer or the Project Manager, such Project Team member will leave the Project Team upon completion of the specific task or phase of the Project Team’s work to which such member was assigned by the Project Manager. In the event a contractor of a Participating Party or its Affiliate is an Project Team member, such Participating Party or Affiliate will remain responsible for and will administer such contractor’s compensation, unless agreed otherwise by the Project Manager. The Project Manager will administer the compensation of contractors whose services are secured directly by the Project Team.

  • Project Team To accomplish Owner’s objectives, Owner intends to employ a team concept in connection with the construction of the Project. The basic roles and general responsibilities of team members are set forth in general terms below but are more fully set forth in the Design Professional Contract with respect to the Design Professional, in the Program Management Agreement with any Program Manager, and in this Contract with respect to the Contractor.

  • Project Steering Committee 1. For a sound implementation and management of the project, a steering committee shall be set up in line with provisions of the programme manual. 2. The steering committee is the decision-making body of the project and it shall be composed by representatives of the LP and all PPs duly authorised to represent the respective LP and PP institutions. It shall be chaired by the LP and it shall meet on a regular basis. Associated partners shall be invited to take part in the steering committee in an advisory capacity. External key stakeholders may also be invited to take part to one or more meetings in an observer/advisory capacity. 3. The steering committee shall at least: a. be responsible for monitoring and validating the implementation of the project and the achievement of the planned results as in the approved application form; b. perform the financial monitoring of the project implementation and to decide on any budget modifications as in § 11 of this agreement; c. monitor and manage deviations of the project implementation; d. decide on project modifications (e.g. partnership, budget, activities, and duration) if needed; e. be responsible for the settlement of any disputes within the partnership (as stipulated in § 22 of this agreement). 4. Further aspects, including the creation of sub-groups or task forces, may be set out in the rules of procedure of the steering committee.

  • Coordination, Oversight and Monitoring of Service Providers As set forth in the Administrative Services Agreement between the Fund and CRMC, CRMC shall coordinate, monitor and oversee the activities performed by the Service Providers with which AFS contracts. AFS shall monitor Service Providers’ provision of services including the delivery of Customer account statements and all Fund-related material, including summary prospectuses and/or prospectuses, shareholder reports, and proxies.

  • Development Committee Arcadia and Xxxxxx shall establish a development committee (the “Development Committee”) comprised of no more than three (3) representatives of each of Arcadia and Xxxxxx. The Development Committee shall be chaired by a member thereof designated from time to time by Arcadia. The Development Committee shall oversee the Research Plan, Milestones and development and production of plants and microorganisms that produce Transgenic Oil in accordance with the Research Plan. The Development Committee may revise the Research Plan and the Milestones as deemed necessary and appropriate by unanimous written consent of all members. Meetings of the Development Committee shall be at least biannual and at such times and places or in such form (e.g., in person, telephonic or video conference) as the members of the Development Committee shall determine. Representatives of both Parties shall be present at any meeting of the Development Committee. Decisions of the Development Committee shall be made by a written consent signed by all six (6) members thereof. The Development Committee shall keep minutes of its deliberations setting forth, among other matters, all proposed actions and all votes thereon. All records of the Development Committee shall at all times be available to both Parties. The Development Committee by unanimous consent may delegate to one Party or to a specific representative the authority to make certain decisions. The Development Committee may revoke such authority by the written consent of four members. All disagreements within the Development Committee shall be subject to the following: (i) The members of the committee will endeavor in good faith for a period of not more than ninety (90) days to attempt to resolve the disagreement; (ii) If the members of the committee are unable to resolve the disagreement by the end of such period, the committee shall promptly present the disagreement to the President of Xxxx Products Division and the President of Arcadia or their respective designees, and the two executives shall endeavor to resolve the disagreement for a period of not more than thirty (30) days; (iii) If the two executives are unable to resolve this disagreement, the disagreement shall be submitted for ADR as provided in Section 12(a).

  • LABOR/MANAGEMENT COMMITTEES A. Statewide

  • JOINT LABOR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE The parties agree that they will continue the Joint Labor-Management Committee to discuss matters of mutual interest relating to the employees covered by this Agreement. Topics for the Joint Labor-Management Committee may include, but are not limited to, Professional Development, Incentive Pay, etc. The Committee shall meet quarterly or as mutually agreed by the co-chairs. The President of CWA or designee and the Director of Human Resources or designee shall serve as co-chairs.

  • Joint Committees 1101 Release Time (a) Basic pay or equivalent time off, with a minimum of one (1) hour guaranteed to nurses who are not on duty, will be granted to nurses appointed by the Union to attend meetings of the Union Management Committee and any other Facility joint committee to which the Union is required to appoint representatives. (b) All reasonable efforts will be made to relieve a nurse who is appointed to attend meetings of the Union Management Committee, Nursing Advisory Committee or any other facility joint committee to which the Union is required to appoint representatives, without loss of salary or benefits. This clause is applicable when the meeting(s) occurs during hours the nurse is otherwise scheduled to work. 1102 Union Management Committee The Employer and the Union agree to establish and maintain a Union Management Committee consisting of not less than two (2) persons appointed by each of the parties. Appointments shall be made for a term of one (1) year but without limit on the number of consecutive terms a member may serve. The Committee shall meet at the request of either party subject to five (5) days notice being given but not less than bi-monthly unless otherwise mutually agreed. The purpose of the Committee shall be to discuss/study/make recommendations to the Employer and the Union regarding matters of mutual concern. 1103 Nursing Advisory Committee

  • Contractor’s Project Manager and Key Personnel Contractor shall appoint a Project Manager to direct the Contractor’s efforts in fulfilling Contractor’s obligations under this Contract. This Project Manager shall be subject to approval by the County and shall not be changed without the written consent of the County’s Project Manager, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Contractor’s Project Manager shall be assigned to this project for the duration of the Contract and shall diligently pursue all work and services to meet the project time lines. The County’s Project Manager shall have the right to require the removal and replacement of the Contractor’s Project Manager from providing services to the County under this Contract. The County’s Project manager shall notify the Contractor in writing of such action. The Contractor shall accomplish the removal within five (5) business days after written notice by the County’s Project Manager. The County’s Project Manager shall review and approve the appointment of the replacement for the Contractor’s Project Manager.   • LABOR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE Section 1. In order to facilitate communication between labor and management, a Labor Management Committee consisting of the Department Head and/or his designated alternate, the Assistant Chief of Police and two (2) Team Managers, and three (3) representatives of the Lincoln Police Union, along with at least one (1) Team Representative, will make up the Labor Management Committee. The Department Head will designate management personnel and the Union shall select Union representatives. Members will serve at the pleasure of the Department Head or Union President, depending upon who the member represents. Members will serve and be replaced on a staggered system (approximately three (3) year limit) depending upon the schedule agreed upon by the Department Head and the Union President. Section 2. Each Team area will be represented by a member of any rank to serve as spokesperson for that area. They will meet at least one week prior to the monthly Labor Management Committee meeting to formulate the common areas of interest and to elect a spokesperson to present the items in writing to the Labor Management Committee. Payment for attending this meeting will be at the discretion of the Department Head. Spokesperson will be chosen on a rotating basis. Team representatives will be picked by a vote of the Team members that they are representing. Section 3. The Labor Management Committee may discuss any area of the Department, with limitation only on those areas already under agreement between the City and the Union. The agenda will be based on the problem areas brought to the attention of the Committee by the Team Representatives and on any area representative members of Labor Management feel need to be discussed. Topics for discussion will be posted on the Union bulletin board and disseminated to Labor Management Committee members at least one (1) week prior to the monthly meeting. Section 4. Membership is subject to change through attrition and elected office, however, a one (1) week notice must be given to the Committee to afford the new member(s) voting privileges. Section 5. Realizing that communication is the key element to the smooth operation of any organization, the Labor Management Committee will xxxxxx an element of cooperation and unity of organizational members, be they labor or management. Section 6. Meetings shall be held at least once per calendar month. Additional meetings may be scheduled by mutual agreement of the Committee and the Department Head. Section 7. A quorum shall consist of two (2) members from labor and two (2) members from management.
