The Project Team. The Owner, Program Manager, and the Project Consultant, collectively the “Project Team”, shall work jointly during the design and through the completion of the warranty phase and shall be available thereafter should additional services be required.

The Project Team. The Project Team will comprise of the Applicant’s Team and the LBI’s Team, as defined below. The Project Team will be expanded by agreement.
The Project Team. 5.1 The Project Team will be led by representative of RENTECH, accompanied by a vice leader from PERTAMINA, Upstream Directorate. 5.2 The number and responsibility of the team member will be determined later by the leader and vice leader of the Project Team. 5.3 The scope of works to be performed by members of the Project Team nominated by each PARTY shall be mutually agreed by both PARTIES. 5.4 Each PARTY shall bear any and all claims, damages, responsibilities, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from the performing of the scope of works by its respective employee(s) as member(s) of the Project Team. The costs and expenses are such as: salary, allowance, insurance, tax, board-lodging, travel expenses and other costs related to the foregoing. 5.5 The membership of the Project Team may be recognized if it is determined by the PARTIES to be incapable of performing the tasks and duties as stated in this Joint Study Agreement. 5.6 During the preparation of the Feasibility Study and the Implementation Plan, the Project Team may visit allocated gas field(s) of the Area of Interest for data collection.
The Project Team. 5.1 The names and contact details for the members of the project team for the Council are set out in Schedule 1 to this Agreement. 5.2 The names and contact details for the members of the project team for the Applicant are set out in Schedule 2 to this Agreement. 5.3 In the event that membership of either parties project team changes, the contact details shall be updated at the first possible meeting.
The Project Team. 10.1.1. The Supplier shall be responsible for the employment of sufficient and adequate personnel, during the entire term of this Contract, as shall be required for the timely performance of its obligations under the Contract and in accordance with section 7.2 of the Technical Requirements. The project team shall consist of Supplier's personnel and subcontractors, having the appropriate qualifications and capabilities, as specified in section 7.2 of the Technical Requirements, which were presented by the Supplier in its Proposal to the Tender (the "Project Team"). 10.1.2. The Supplier shall ensure that the Project Team shall be comprised of professional and skilled personnel, with proper authorization and permits and suitable for the performance of the Supplier's obligations under this Contract. 10.1.3. The Supplier represents that no member of the Project Team is an entity listed in Section 7.2.1.1 of the Technical Requirements. No party that participated as a Bidder in the Tender shall be appointed as a Subcontractor of the Supplier without the prior approval of the IAA. 10.1.4. Notwithstanding any approval granted by the IAA under this Section, no subcontractor and/or any member of the Project Team shall relieve the Supplier of its responsibilities under this Contract, and the Supplier shall be fully responsible for the acts or omissions of any subcontractor, its personnel, agents, staff or workmen as fully as if they were the acts or omissions of the Supplier itself. 10.1.5. The Supplier shall include in its contracts with any member of the Project Team, applicable provisions to ensure that the Project Team acknowledge and accept the IAA's rights in accordance with the Contract, and are bound by the respective obligations and undertakings of the Supplier pursuant to the Contract.
The Project Team. The Project Team shall work together from the beginning of the contract document stage through to completion of construction, including any post-construction commissioning that may be required. The Project Manager, or a third party project manager retained by the Project Manager, shall provide leadership to the Project Team on all matters relating to construction.
The Project Team. The Research Program shall be managed by a project team (the "Project Team"), consisting of an equal number, to be determined by the Parties, of representatives from Ontogeny and from Biogen, and led by a representative of Biogen and a representative of Ontogeny (the "Leaders of the Project Team"). The Project Team shall be responsible for implementing, coordinating, reviewing and exchanging information regarding the research activities of the Parties, as set forth in the Research Workplan, and for all tactical decisions related to the Research Program. In addition, each Party may at its discretion invite nonvoting employees, consultants or scientific advisors to attend the meetings of the Project Team as long as such parties are bound by an obligation of confidentiality to the Party on whose behalf they attend. The Project Team shall meet no less frequently than once each month and shall meet at such other times as deemed appropriate by the Leaders of the Project Team. Each Party may change any one or more of its representatives on the Project Team at any time upon notice to the other Party. The location of the Project Team meetings shall alternate between Ontogeny and Biogen, or as otherwise mutually agreed.

The Project Team. ‌ 3.1.1 The Commissioning Agent shall not make any changes in the composition of its project team (the “Project Team”) identified in its Proposal, or as otherwise consented to in writing by MSA. Any change to the Project Team without MSA’s written consent shall be cause for Termination. 3.1.2 If required by applicable State or federal law, Commissioning Agent’s personnel – including members of the Project Team and any subcontractors, shall be subject to a security and/or criminal background check. Before or after award of the contract, at the sole discretion of MSA, those persons found to be unfit to work on State contracts may be excluded from work on the Project at no additional cost to MSA. 3.1.3 Only personnel thoroughly trained and skilled in the tasks assigned them may be employed for any portion of the commissioning services. Any Commissioning Agent employee, Project Team member, or subcontractor found to be unskilled or untrained shall be removed. 3.1.4 When municipal, county, State or federal laws require that certain personnel (electricians, plumbers, etc.) be licensed, then all such personnel, including subcontractors, employed by, or under contract with, the Commissioning Agent for the Project shall be so licensed. 3.1.5 If the MSA in its sole discretion determines that any employee, including a Project Team member or Commissioning Agent subcontractor is not performing satisfactorily, MSA shall have the right to direct that Commissioning Agent to replace the individual(s). The Commissioning Agent shall provide MSA with resumes of possible replacements and MSA shall have the opportunity, but not the obligation to interview replacement candidates.
