Status of Right-of-Way. All work will be within OCFCD’s right-of-way and City of Huntington Beach’s public street right-of-way.

Status of Right-of-Way. Laguna Canyon Channel is located within California Department of Transportation (“Caltrans”) right-of-way from the beginning of the Project at Laguna Canyon Frontage Road to about 930 ft. upstream. The northernly +/-230 ft. of the Project is located within OCFCD right-of-way. To the right of the channel, the parking stalls are within City right-of-way and the hardscape and/or softscape is either within OCFCD, Caltrans, or the City right-of-way, depending on the reach.
Status of Right-of-Way. None required
Status of Right-of-Way. Property of landscaped areas belong to the County of Orange. Streets and sidewalks right of way belong to the City of Santa Xxx.
Status of Right-of-Way. The existing right-of-way (“ROW”) within the proposed project limits varies from 60 feet to approximately 100 feet in width. Based on the proposed project work, additional right-of-way (approximately an additional 20 feet to 30 feet beyond the existing right-of-way) will likely need to be obtained to accommodate the enhancements within the proposed project limits. XXXX shall identify and assist the Owner with procurement of permanent ROW needed to complete the Project which includes but is not limited to: roadway easement, slope easements, and retaining wall easements. XXXX shall identify and assist the Owner with procurement of temporary ROW needed to complete the Project.
Status of Right-of-Way. The site is traversed by several high-voltage power transmission lines crossing the site in an easement. The right-of-way for Avenida La Pata is also located within the PDL. The closest homes (Xxxxxxx Ranch) are located within 100 feet of the southern PDL property boundary and the recently constructed Rancho San Xxxx residential area is located within 100 feet of the northwestern PDL property boundary.

  • Right of Way 8.1 The Site The site of the Project Highway (the “Site”) shall comprise the site described in Schedule-A in respect of which the Right of Way shall be provided by the Authority to the Contractor. The Authority shall be responsible for:

  • Right of Way and Real Property The party named in Article 1, Responsible Parties, under AGREEMENT is responsible for the provision and acquisition of any needed right of way or real property. The Local Government shall be responsible for the following:

  • Special/temporary right of way The Contractor shall bear all costs and charges for any special or temporary right of way required by it in connection with access to the Site. The Contractor shall obtain at its cost such facilities on or outside the Site as may be required by it for the purposes of the Project Highway and the performance of its obligations under this Agreement.

  • Restrictions on Land transfer 6A Recognising that they are or will be receiving publicly funded land at nil consideration (which for the purposes of this transaction shall include leases granted at a peppercorn rent) the Company:

  • RIGHT OF FLIGHT Authority reserves, for the use and benefit of the public, a right of flight for the passage of aircraft in the airspace above the surface of the real property owned by Authority, including the Premises, together with the right to cause in said airspace such noise as may be inherent in the operation of aircraft, now known or hereafter used, for navigation of or flight in said airspace, and for the use of said airspace for landing on, taking off from or operating on Airport. Company expressly agrees for itself, its successors and assigns, to restrict the height of structures, objects of natural growth and other obstructions on the Premises to such a height so as to comply with Federal Aviation Regulations, Part 77 and Authority zoning. Company further expressly agrees for itself, its successors and assigns, to prevent any use of the Premises or Common Use Areas that would interfere with or adversely affect the operation or maintenance of Airport, or otherwise constitute an Airport hazard.

  • Access Easement The Owner shall grant to VBWD the necessary easements and rights-of-way and/or maintain perpetual access from public rights-of-way to the Facility for VBWD, its agent, or contractor.
