Parking Stalls. 1. Stalls for regular (full size), compact and handicapped usage shall be sized in accordance to local codes. 2. Should the proposal response contain a parking structure which utilizes 'stacked', 'tandem' or 'buddy' stalls the extent of these spaces shall be defined as percentage of the total number of spaces provided. 3. Visitor and service parking areas should be provided as appropriate.

Parking Stalls. For the period commencing from and after the Suite 1225 Commencement Date herein defined and ending on the Termination Date provided for in the Lease, Landlord and Tenant hereby agree that Paragraph (I) of Section I. of the Lease is hereby amended in its entirety to read as follows: (I) Number of parking stalls for automobiles to be rented to Tenant: Three (3) reserved and twenty-nine (29) unreserved stalls for a total of thirty-two (32) parking stalls at prevailing rates. Two (2) of the three (3) reserved parking stalls shall be free for the original term of this Lease. Landlord shall make additional parking stalls available for rental by Tenant at the Landlord's prevailing rates if additional parking stalls are required by Tenant.
Parking Stalls. The Tenant shall be provided with up to twenty-one (21) vehicle parking stalls. Such stalls shall be in the parking area adjacent to the structure of which the leased premises are a part, which, however, shall be non-exclusive. Tenant shall cooperate in reserving the lane of parking stalls immediately to the west of the curb line of North 118th Court for the use of business visitors. Landlord shall provide dumpsters for the collection of waste and provide separate containers for recyclable materials in accordance with Wisconsin Act 335, the recycling law, for use by Tenant and other occupants of the building in which the leased premises are a part. Landlord shall provide, as necessary, for the periodic removal of waste and recyclables deposited in said dumpsters and containers. Tenant shall deposit only office waste and recyclables in designated dumpsters and containers, and in no other place. Landlord shall not provide or pay for the collection or disposal of Tenant’s hazardous waste materials. Tenant shall provide and pay for the collection and proper disposal of any such hazardous waste material.
Parking Stalls. In addition to the number of parking stalls set forth in the Schedule, Tenant shall be entitled to One Hundred Eighty-Four (184) additional parking spaces. Except for any charges which may be imposed by any governmental agency or quasi-governmental agency with respect to Tenant’s use of the Project’s parking facilities as provided in the Existing Lease, Tenant shall not pay any parking charges or rent for use of the parking facilities during the Expansion Space Term, as such Term may be extended.

Parking Stalls. In complete satisfaction of Tenant’s parking rights set forth in the Lease, commencing on the Final Expansion Date, Tenant shall be entitled to the exclusive use of the four hundred nineteen (419) parking stalls in the parking lots and parking structure (upper and lower levels) adjacent to the Building, comprising one hundred percent (100%) of all parking stalls serving the Building. Tenant may, at its sole cost and expense, subject to reimbursement as part of the Landlord’s Contribution, install a security gate at the entrance to the lower level of such parking structure, which may be linked to Tenant’s security system, provided that Tenant first obtains Landlord’s written approval of the size, color and style of such security gate.
Parking Stalls. LESSEE shall be allowed unreserved parking as -------------- available at the Building. Said parking may be utilized by LESSEE free of charge. If LESSOR deems it necessary, LESSOR reserves the right to designate parking at any time during the term of this lease or any renewals thereof.
