Statutory Days Off. Seniority and business needs will govern the granting of Stat Days off. Employees requesting a specific Stat Day off will be required to provide the Store Manager with a written request at least four weeks in advance of the Stat Holiday. 7.02 (a) As per "Lay-off Procedure” of the Full-time Agreement.
