Statutory Holiday While on Workers’ Compensation. If an employee is on Workers’ Compensation benefits on a day that has been designated by the Employer as a statutory holi- day in accordance with clause 17.01, the employee shall be paid for the statutory holiday for that day and not be consid- ered as being on workers’ compensation benefits for that day.
