Statutory Holidays - Schedule "B". In addition to the employee=s regular earnings for the day, any employee required to work on a statutory holiday, as outlined in Article 9, shall be paid for all hours worked on the statutory holiday at the rate of triple time (3X), with minimum pay for the statutory holiday of four (4) hours at triple (3X) time.
