Common use of STD and LTD Insurance Clause in Contracts

STD and LTD Insurance. The Employer shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of the premium for the basic Long Term Disability and Short Term Disability coverage for each nurse regularly scheduled to work twenty (20) hours per week or more (.5 FTE). Subject to plan eligibility requirements, eligible nurses may elect to purchase greater LTD coverage at the nurse’s expense.
