WSNA/MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE. 15.1 WSNA/Management Committee. The Employer, jointly with the elected representatives of the nurses covered by this Agreement, shall establish a WSNA/Management Committee (Committee) to assist with work force issues and other issues of mutual concern. The purposes of the Committee are to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ improved communications between the Employer and the nursing staff and to discuss and improve professional nursing practices in the Medical Center. The function of the Committee shall be limited to an advisory rather than a decision- making capacity. The Committee shall meet for a minimum of two (2) hours on a monthly basis.

The function of the Committee shall be limited to an advisory rather than a decision-making capacity. The Committee shall meet for a minimum of two (2) hours on a monthly basis. A maximum of seven (7) representatives of the nurses, designated by the Association, shall be compensated for the duration of the Committee meeting. If a nurse is unable to arrange for time off to attend a meeting, the Employer will assist in facilitating the nurse’s attendance. By mutual agreement, the parties may designate additional nurses to attend. Such nurses, up to a maximum of three (3), will be compensated for their time. The Committee shall be co-chaired by a nurse representative and

The purpose of the WSNA/Management Committee is to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ improved communications between the Employer and the nursing staff and the function of the Committee shall be limited to an advisory rather than a decision-making capacity. Such a Committee shall exist on a permanent basis and meet at least quarterly and shall consist of at least three (3) representatives of management and at least three (3) representatives of the nurses covered by this Agreement. In addition to the nurses, an Association representative may attend and participate in WSNA/Management Committee meetings. Time spent in WSNA/Management Committee shall be paid time for Committee members. Committee members will attempt to arrange for time off to attend meeting. If a nurse is unable to arrange for time off to attend, the employer will assist in facilitating the nurse’s attendance.
