Step 2. If the reply of the Supervisor is not satisfactory to the Union, the grievance will be referred to second step and presented to the Human Resources representative and/or his/her designate. The Union Representative and the Human Resources representative and/or Shift Manager meet within three (3) working days after the grievance has been so presented under normal working conditions. The Union will have the discretion to include the grievor. Within two (2) working days after the Step 2 meeting, management will render a decision in writing and submit it to the Zone Committeeperson.
