STEP ONE - INFORMAL RESOLUTION - IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR. A unit member and his/her immediate supervisor, or other district administrator if appropriate, shall attempt to resolve differences or dissatisfactions in a collaborative and problem solving mode, as soon as possible, but such resolutions must be in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
