Step One of The Grievance Procedure. Where the Institute has filed a grievance on behalf of an employee, the employee’s Director or designate shall meet with the grievor and an Institute Representative within fifteen (15) days from the day upon which the Grievance was received, and shall deliver a decision, in writing, to the Institute within five (5) days after the meeting.
