Step Three: EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES. (a) Any appeal of a decision rendered by the Transportation supervisor shall be presented in writing to the Executive Director of Human Resources within five (5) working days from the date of receipt of the decision rendered by the Transportation supervisor. The appeal shall state the reason or reasons why the decision of the Transportation supervisor was not satisfactory. The employee and the Union President shall sign the grievance. (b) The Union President shall meet with the Executive Director of Human Resources to discuss the grievance within five (5) working days of its written submission to the Executive Director of Human Resources.
